Chain letters emails scams

This is probably one of the oldest scams around on the internet, and it is still in use today. It spreads quickly by emails, and you need to be aware of this. These emails promise a fortune if you know the instructions, and all you need is a small investment fee.

This is how it works. You will be asked to send a small amount of money to those listed in the emails, and then you forward the emails to as many people as you can. Before you do so, you would be asked to follow a set of instructions to remove the top email and then you insert your own email in the last slot. In this way, you will be getting money through either PayPal or AlertPay. This is a pyramid scheme and it illegal.

It it looks too good to be true, then it probably is. You will also see many testimonials in there, and there is nothing to prove that they are true anyway. In any case, you should just ignore these emails. You should also not reveal your personal information in the case they ask for it.
