Sharky Bids - is it a scam?

If you are looking for ways to buy the latest gadgets or toys, and have no idea where to get them cheaply, then you can try online bidding auctions. There are many online bidding auctions these days, and I think you have to be careful when choosing which one to join. In essence, you need to find a reliable auction site that will deliver on its promise.

I found this cool auction site and so far, I have not placed any bids on any items. Judging from all the testimonials that I see online, I believe that this is a reliable site that you can count on to get your products. If you are dying to buy the iPhone 4, iPad, Sony laptop, flatscreen TV or even cameras at only a tiny fraction of its original cost, then I think its a good hunting ground for you! Here are some quick tips that you can use for Sharky bids.

How does Sharky bids work?

1. You have to first register a free account on Sharky bids. You will be given 1 free credit once you confirmed your email.

2. Then you can buy bids and start using them. If you want an item badly, then be more aggressive and go for the bigger packages.

3. Once you place a bid, the timer will run for 15 seconds. If no one bids for it till it reaches zero, then the item belongs to you! If someone bids for that item, then the timer will run for another 15 seconds. This process will continue until you or someone wins the bid.

How to win in Sharky bids - winning the bidding game

I have gathered lots of information just for this blog post, and I think these bidding tips are good enough to win any auction. I stress again that I have not personally bidded before, but the tips here do make sense.

1. Use Bid Buddy. It can help you place a bid automatically when someone outbids you. This can save you a lot of time and trouble. However, you should not use Bid Buddy when you are NOT online! This bidding feature will waste all your bids instead.

2. Bid only at the right time. You should only be bidding when there are only 1 or 2 user(s) competing with you for the item. There is no point in trying to outbid 5 others bidders at the same. Come back and bid another day.

3. Focus on only 1 item. It does not make sense to place 5 bids on the same item in 5 different auctions. You will lose focus and you end up not winning any of them. Focus on only 1 item and go for the kill. Be aggressive.

4. Do not wait till the last second to place your bid. Be aggressive. Bid immediately when someone outbids you. Everyone is waiting for everyone else to bid, so that they will save on their own bids. If no one bids during the last second, then the item goes to the last bidder! Bidding should be done smart, not in a reckless way!

Visit the official Sharky bids site now! Please post comments if you have won items on Sharky bids before. Hear from you guys!

Updates - 8 August 2010

I have just won 4 x 15 free bids on Sharky bids, which means I have won 60 free bids, and I spent a total of 16 bids on these bidding auctions in total. To sum it up, I have netted free 44 bids in a span of 3 days. Not too bad for a start. Let me go for the bigger items and let you know real soon!

Updates - 15 August 2010

Ok, I have just won a 50 free bids auction. I am not going for the big items yet I guess, since I am 'collecting' more bids so that I can make a killing once I am ready. Yeah, keep in view!
